吴可华，1997年生于湖南长沙，2020年本科毕业于衡阳师范学院，现研究生就读于美国萨凡纳艺术与设计学院绘画专业。

Kehua Wu, born in 1997 in Changsha, China, graduated from Hengyang Normal University in China as an undergraduate in 2020, and now is an MFA Painting student at Savannah College of Art and Design.

综合材料绘画是我的主要创作途径，同时，装置和影像也是我目前探索的方向。我很热衷于将不同的图像进行拼贴和融合，就像用不同的语言成分组成句子和文章一样，以期表达更加丰富、微妙、甚至是矛盾的内容。我的大部分作品都来源于我个体的精神状态，生命体验。我将艺术创作的过程看做是自身的一场修行，在过程中去探究自己，挖掘自己，接受自己，也去探索生命的真相，去接受这个世界。

Mixed media painting is my main form of creation, while installation and video are also the directions I am currently exploring. I am very keen on collaging and fusing different images, just like composing sentences and essays with different linguistic components, to express richer, more subtle, and even contradictory content. Most of my works inspired by my mental state and life experience. I see the process of art creation as a practice of my own, in which I explore myself, accept myself, and also explore and accept the truth of life and the world.
